2025 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition is i think pretty cool! The package includes a lot of western styling and comes with two years of no-cost maintenance for 25,000 miles. Today we will take full test drive, all aspects of it including power and acceleration, steering feel, ride quality, sound system, exhaust clip, the list of fun stuff that are going from the accelerometer.
Pricing and Configurations
Let’s start with its pricing, There are couple of different configurations available in the 1794 Edition:
- 4×2, 5.5 ft bed:$64,300
- Four Wheel Drive 5.5 ft bed: $67,360
- Four Wheel Drive 6.5 ft bed: $67,690
Powertrain wise, it will be the same regardless of configuration. The beast is powered by a 3.4L twin turbo V6 making 389 hp at 5,200 rpm and 479 lb-ft of torque at 2,400 rpm.
This power is sent to the rear wheels or all wheels via a 4WD system and subsequently derives through a ten-speed automatic transmission. In the case of the truck, it gets you from 0-60 in about 5.7s and that is amazing for a full size pickup.
Exterior Design
Starting from the front, now you will find the Tundra lettering in Chrome and LED fog lights as integrated part of the design. On rear side has a gloss black A-pillar and a chrome beltline molding together with the split glass of rear windows.
The side mirrors are power-adjustable with chrome caps heated auto-dimmed and integrated turn signals. Standard on the truck, 20 is also machine finished alloy wheels and power deployable running boards.
The 1794 Edition is also unique in the rear with a wrapped embossing tailgate. LED taillights are standard equipment, seven- and four-pin connectors for wiring things like winches. The maximum towing capacity is 11,050 lbs for 4×4 CrewMax with a 5.5 foot bed.

Suspension and Handling
When it comes to suspension and handling, up front, you can get an independent double-wishbone suspension and the rear end has coil spring multi-link suspension. Here are some suspension options for the Tundra 1794 Edition:
- Bilstein Shock Load-Valve suspension, an upgrade to the vehicle with shocks on front/rear axles: about $2,100 increased totaling and found as optional equipment

Technology and Infotainment
The 2025 Tundra 1794 Edition is equipped with a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster which changes appearance depending on the used drive mode. Quality of the interior includes panoramic roof; LED interior lighting and American walnut woodgrain.
Also, we get a generous 14-inch color touchscreen screen with Bluetooth streams, and 12 speakers from the JBL sound system.
Fuel Efficiency

- Four-wheel drive: 17 MPG city / 22 MPG highway
Braking Performance
Up Front, 2025 Tundra is equipped with 13.9-inch ventilated discs, and the rear features 13.6-inch ventilated discs. I personally feel its very bad for truck of this size. The stopping distance was 143 feet which is not great. I felt braking very soft and should have improved in future.
Areas for improvement
In the way of Improvement I would recommend ambient lighting and possibly take a V8 option in the mix too. Also, breaking needs to be improved which i felt very soft.
