How did this misinformation created and spread?

Digital forensic experts has confirmed that this misinformation was created from viral post from social media. it was created on AI platforms which spreader fake narrative. there are also some fake news article were published just to gain some publicity and monetary benefits.

This was spread in such a way that people thought it is like liberating freedom from government oversight and accusing government of promoting untrained drivers.

First reason is state jurisdiction, driver license is only controlled by individual U.S. states and territories no federal law can abolish the states rights to change it. next reason is there is no credible bill or draft policy introduced by the government to make such bold claims. Third reason is driving or operating a vehicle without license is still considered as criminal offense in all 50 states.
