Excitement is building as Genesis readies the US-Spec 2025 GV80 Coupe for its grand debut. Recently, the price list for this luxury model was released, sparking interest among car enthusiasts and industry insiders alike. Adding to the anticipation, our friend @alekseiandreich captured exclusive spy shots of a prototype still donning sticker camouflage while testing in California. The question on everyone’s mind: What is Genesis refining in this sleek new model?

The 2025 GV80 Coupe represents the first major update in over three years for the GV80 line, and it’s a significant one. Building on the strong foundation of the base model, this new iteration boasts a comprehensive interior redesign aimed at enhancing the in-car experience with state-of-the-art convenience features focused on comfort and safety.

The GV80 Coupe epitomizes Genesis’ design philosophy of “Athletic Elegance.” Since its concept reveal in April, it has captivated global attention with its promise of combining practicality and sportiness. Under the hood, it packs a punch with a 3.5-liter gasoline turbo engine augmented by a 48V electric supercharger (e-S/C).

The GV80 Coupe merges the practicality of an SUV with the dynamic aesthetics of a coupe, creating a versatile vehicle suited for various driving lifestyles. This model underscores Genesis’ commitment to delivering cars that combine exceptional performance with emotional appeal.

Striking Exterior Design

The exterior of the GV80 Coupe is designed to project a high-performance image. It features an elegant yet daring silhouette highlighted by MLA-powered LED headlamps and the signature double-layered Crest Grille. The front end is further distinguished by an expanded air intake, Active Air Flap, and four air vents, all contributing to improved engine cooling and the coupe’s bold aesthetic.
