While 2025 CLA has impressed me with exterior design i felt its interior is not what i expected.

• Tight Rear Seats: Battery pack on floor has raised floor levels making seating position awkward for rear passengers, this may be uncomfortable on long drive.
• Firm Sports Seats: Sporty seats are visually appealing but they lack plushness and depth which is very uncomfortable for taller passengers.

2. Over-Reliance on Touch Controls

Mercedes has moved away from physical buttons in favor of capacitive touch controls, which can be less intuitive while driving. For example:

• Climate Controls: While accessible in the first layer of the touchscreen, they still require more interaction compared to traditional buttons.
• Steering Wheel Controls: Capacitive sliders on the AMG Line steering wheel can be frustrating to use during active driving.
