2026 Mercedes Models Lineup
2026 Mercedes models lineup is about to witness electric Mercedes C-Class expected to launch in the second half of 2026. This will be built on the dedicated EV platform to rival the BMW i3 Neue Klasse with the top model AMG C 63 EV producing over 600 PS from dual motors setup.
Another model that i am excited for is 2026 Mercedes GLB EV model with larger battery pack of 85 kWh which will have range of up to 631 km. most impressive part about this model is having 272-353 hp power, and 320 kW fast charging support.
Also, there will be a hybrid model in the 2026 Mercedes GLB with 1.5L petrol setup. Expect its design close to similar to new SUV and GT 4-door coupe on the AMG.EA platform with axial-flow motors.
Facelifts and Updates
Along with new models there are multiple Mercedes cars getting facelift in 2026. The S-Class getting minor upgrades like a larger illuminated grille, Hyperscreen adoption, and upgraded MB:OS software.
EQS is also undergoing facelift with an electric model and EQE becomes E-Class EV. Let me also tell you about midsize SUVs like GLE and GLS they are going to receive major technological advances.
Powertrain Changes
Mercedes drops EQ prefixes for unified naming, blending EVs and mild-hybrids (MHEV) on shared platforms—MMA for compact like GLB, MB.EA for mid-size like upcoming GLC EV (unveiled 2025 but sales into 2026).
