Ford Bronco Recall Instrument Panel – 2025-2026 Ford Bronco and Bronco Sport SUVs are being recalled due to the risk of instrument panel falling risk while starting the vehicle. It is estimated that it has been affected about 229,000 vehicles. If instrument panel falls then you can not see key info like speed and warning lights which increase chances of car crash.

Main issue is with the instrument panel cluster yes the same screen where you see speed, fuel and other important alerts. in affected vehicles this is not lighting up properly. This is why National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has asked for the recall.

Ford is actively sending letters to the owners who have purchased 2025-2026 Ford Bronco and Bronco Sport SUVs. Alternatively, you can check by entering VIN number on the NHTSA website or calling Ford at 866-436-7332. If you are already seeing this instrument panel you should directly visit your nearby dealer for the fix.

How Ford Is Fixing It?

Dealers will update the software for free to fix the problem. Some vehicles can get the update over the air without a visit. The repair should take little time and cost nothing to owners.

As per ford and NHTSA 101,002 Ford Broncos that were manufactured on May 31, 2024, and Nov 3, 2025 are affected while 128,607 Ford Bronco Sports models which are produced around March 7, 2024, and Nov 3, 2025 are affected.
