HIO will host the 2026 Oregon International Air Show on May 15-17. Along with celebrating Oregon’s 250th birthday of the United States, the air show will celebrate its 38th annual air show.
This will be a special occasion for everyone in the Tualatin Valley. This year, the air show will continue the legacy of providing the community with a fun activity and a fantastic experience.

Hillsboro Air Show 2026 Event Schedule
This show has two different vibes. You will have fun at the Friday night show and be totally stunned all day at the aerial shows on Saturday and Sunday.

Lineup of Hillsboro Air Show 2026
This year’s roster is one of the my most fascinating and one of the most varied in the last couple years. It includes some of the first “warbirds” in history and some of the most recently invented planes that include modern day stealth technology.
The Main Attractions
- USAF F-35A Lightning II Demo Team: This time you will get to see action of multi role fighter along with air superiority and strike.
- US Marine Corps F-35B Demo Team: The Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II will show what Short Take-Off and Vertical Landing (STOVL) is all about!
- F-15 Eagles (142nd Wing): All the way from the Oregon air national guard, local favorites are going to show their presence in their home turf.
Precision & Aerobatics
US Air Force Academy “Wings of Blue” aerobatics show, This amazing parachute team is famous for their patriotic and impressive precision.
Also you will see, the amazing Anthony Oshinuga (Pitts S-1S) and Melissa Burns, along with Kyle Fowler, take astounding aeronautical demonstrations in gravity-defying stunts to the next level.
Checklist for Your Visit
Keep these pointers in mind for your visit:
- Go Cashless: Most vendors, with some exceptions, are cashless. Most concession vendors and parking accept a credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard usually are the safest options).
- Sun & Sound: There is no covered seating. All areas are exposed to the elements. Bring sunscreen and hearing protection, especially for the little ones, as they get very loud. Those F-35s can be deafening.
- Tickets: Tickets can be purchased at the gate, but are cheaper when they are purchased in advance through the internet.
- There are discounts for active duty military and veterans who show their ID. There is an arrangement for the sensory sensitive to enjoy the show, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
